The Journey of Gokarna House

Our Beginning

Gokarna House began with Deepak Shrestha’s journey in Japan, where he discovered how culture can elevate a dining experience. Being far from home made him realize how deeply people crave authenticity and emotional connection through food. He envisioned a place where Nepali traditions, flavors, and stories could be preserved and celebrated. With this dream, he returned to Nepal inspired to build something meaningful. That vision became Gokarna House.
